We’re sorry to hear that you want to cancel your membership. There are two ways to cancel, follow directions below.
1. Change Your Plan
The easiest way to stop being billed is to change your plan to “Try It”. This plan has $0 monthly membership fees, meaning you won’t see a charge from us until you drive again. Your membership won’t end and you will be able to use Evie or HOURCAR when you need it.
With this option, you will still be a member and will still receive non-marketing and legally required notifications from us.
As long as you keep your license and credit card updated in our system, you can update your plan and take a trip whenever you like.
2. Request Membership Termination
Complete the form below and let us know what we could have done better. Even if you’re moving far away, give us feedback for a better future. Once you submit your application, we will deactivate your account within 1-3 business days. Any paid registration or membership fees that have been paid are non-refundable.
To sign up again, you’ll need to email us to release the closed account and you may have to pay the $25 Registration Fee again so we can re-check your driving history.
