The EV Spot Network, brought forth by the City of Saint Paul, serves communities across Saint Paul and Minneapolis. In partnership with the City of Minneapolis, Xcel Energy, and HOURCAR, the EV Spot Network is here to make the air cleaner, community closer, and future even brighter. Launched May 13, 2022.
The EV Spot Network launched on May 13, 2022 at the St Paul Union Depot. Partnerships include the American Lung Association, City of Minneapolis, HOURCAR, Xcel Energy, and others. Funders include the McKnight Foundation, 3M Gives, Otto Bremer Trust, GM Climate Equity Fund, and others.
EV Spot Charging locations are currently being installed in communities across Saint Paul and Minneapolis. Each 100% renewably-powered EV Spot Charger location will include one blue station for personally-owned and one green station for Evie Carshare charging. Each station includes two handles, yielding over 280 on-street EV Spot Charging locations.
